This notice covers the Sidekq marketing website and requests sent through its contact form.

What you share

When you request a fit call, we collect your email address. If you fill in the longer contact form, we also collect the name, business name and any website or message you provide. Please do not submit customer records, patient details or other sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use your details to respond, discuss your business and prepare a potential scope of work. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not sell inquiry information.

Services that help run this site

Our hosting and business-record storage providers process information needed to operate the website, protect it from misuse and securely record your request. Inquiry records are restricted to authorized access and are not published. Hosting may collect basic request information such as an IP address, browser information and the time of a request.

Browser storage

After your homepage request is saved, we may temporarily hold your email in your browser’s session storage to fill it into the optional contact form. It is cleared from that storage when the contact page reads it. This release does not include advertising trackers or marketing analytics cookies.
